This journal was a co-labor of love. Prayed over by me, and blessed by God.

I did not take this project lightly. I sought God for the scriptures to share and the commentary to make because I wanted it to be a resource that you could use to transform how you feel about your hair.

Learning to love your hair isn't just for vanity's sake. It's about bringing you to a place where you are comfortable and satisfied with your appearance. it's so you can confidently fulfill your God-giving calling without feeling self-conscious.

There are 30 scriptures with journaling prompts associated with them. The prompts are to get you to examine your feelings, thoughts, and actions toward your hair and self-care.

Before each journal prompt is a personal commentary that provokes further thought and personal examination.
