If you are a total newbie to caring for your natural hair, it's best to absorb the tips a bit at a time.  However, it's not a requirement. You may find that you can complete more than one of the exercise on the same day.

When embarking on change of any kind, it's best to view the change as a marathon and not a sprint. It's just like losing weight. You may want to lose that 25 pounds in one week but for lasting weight loss, you would do best to spread that 25 pound loss over a couple of months.
