Communication Policy. At Fine Natural Hair and Faith, we value respectful and professional communication, and kindly ask that you maintain a courteous tone, use appropriate language, and demonstrate empathy when engaging in any form of communication.

You can reach us via email at michelle@finenaturalhairandfaith.com and your inquiry will be responded to within 48 hours. Rest assured, you’ll receive a timely and efficient response to your product inquiries, purchases and other questions/comments.

Communications will be through Email. If you ever have any questions about a specific product or purchase, please send an email (include an order number if applicable). We will get back to you within the above specified timeframe, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our office hours are from 9-5am EST Monday through Thursday.
